Bicep Exercises: ▪️Seated Incline Curls ▪️Spider Curls

Tricep Exercises: ▪️Lying Dumbbell Tricep Extension ▪️Single Arm Overhead Extension

Shoulder Exercises: ▪️Seated Lateral Raise ▪️Rear Delt Raises

I recommend doing 3 sets of each for 8-12 reps!

Why these two bicep exercises…?

Because they target the entire bicep‼️
